Return Policy

Princess Bumble Bee strives to provide you with products and customer service of the highest quality. But if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have received, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. The item MUST have their original tags still attached and be unworn, unwashed, unused etc....Please return the item within 14 day of the purchase date.

If you have purchased a wrong size please contact me to see if I have another size available, or we can work out an exchange suitable for you.

Returns: Please return the item to be refunded. You will be credited for the item(s) (minus the delivery fee) as soon as they are received in their oringinal condition.

Exchanges: Please return the item to be exchanged. Please include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in. Original delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Damaged/Faulty items: Princess Bumble Bee will thoroughly check all items before they are sent out. However if the items is found to be defective in any way, please contact me to discuss your options.

Out of Stock/Back orders: If an item is out of stock, or you would like a size for a particular product that is available and not in stock, please email me and I will do my best to accommodate your request. If for some reason you have ordered an item that is not in stock I will contact you immediately to discuss your options. You will be given the option to cancel your order, choose an alternative item or have a back order where available. 

Sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty, please choose these items carefully.

Please make payment within 7 days of your order or the items will be returned to stock.
